The best depends on what you want to promote. This can be related to something that you are passionate about or have some interest in. Places to start would be Clickbank.com, CJ.com, and Shareasale.com. You’ll find thousands of products and services that you can profit from.

The "best" really depends on the market you are in. There is a best affiliate program in every market. without knowing what you want to promote, it’s difficult to answer this question.
however it’s good to do research about programs as they very quite a bit from one to another in terms of payment options, setup, support etc.
